Physical disability
Support led by the person, not the diagnosis. We fit around existing equipment, adaptations and routines rather than replacing them.

Is this you?
Practical support that works around the person's own way of doing things.
Adults living with a physical disability
You know exactly how you want things done, and you want carers who follow your lead.
People using mobility equipment
The adaptations and hoists are already there and working; the support needs to fit around them.
Direct-payment holders
You are managing your own budget and want a provider that treats you as the client, not the case.
What you get
- Transfers and mobility support
- Personal care
- Help around the home
- Support to get out and about

You already know how you want things done
Support for adults with a physical disability should follow the person, not a generic older-people's template. Equipment, adaptations and routines are already in the house. Carers work with those, learn the transfers as the person wants them, and do not rearrange a system that is working.
- Transfers and mobility support against your method, not ours
- Personal care at the times and in the way you choose
- Help around the home that does not take over the home
- Support to get out, work, and keep the life you already have
Direct payments and personal budgets
Many people in this group manage their own budget. We will work as a provider you contract with, not as a service that treats the council as the only client. Invoices, rotas and changes go through you.
- Packages designed around your week, not a framework round
- Named carers you interview before they start
- Clear rates and what is and is not included
- A coordinator who answers to you
Four steps to care starting
- Step 01
Enquiry
Tell us what is happening. One conversation, no obligation.
- Step 02
Assessment
We visit at home to understand the person, routine and risks.
- Step 03
Care plan
A written plan you agree to, with named carers and a schedule.
- Step 04
Care starts
Support begins, and the plan is reviewed as needs change.
